Return Policy
You may return new products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Used products will not be refunded. Items not in original packaging, broken packaging, or missing packaging are subject to a $10/item restocking fee.  Customers will be billed for all mail that is undeliverable and/or refused. 
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of receiving the returned package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. During Holiday season, returns may take slightly longer.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Please complete the same steps as above to return the item you've purchased. Once you have shipped back the product to us, we will process the return and credit your account. You may place a new order for the item you would like to exchange for at any time. We recommend placing the new order right away in order for us to send out the desired product.
